The drawing process is a very important process in the metal stamping process, which is widely used in all aspects of our life. We all know that the tensile coefficient of the metal material affects the degree of deformation of the tensile member. The smaller the coefficient, the greater the degree of deformation.
What will affect the degree of deformation of stamping and deep drawing parts?
1. Material performance index
The supply state, microstructure, thickness anisotropy index, yield-to-strength ratio, hardening modulus, and hardening index of raw materials all have influences on the deformation degree.
2. Relative thickness of the material
The larger the relative thickness is, the more favorable the tensile is.
3. Structure, size, and surface roughness of convex and concave dies
The size of the die cladding angle directly affects the tensile force. Reducing the die cladding angle, using the die with cone angle, and increasing the die fillet radius can reduce the tensile force.
4. The shape and the number of stretching of deep drawing parts have an influence on the limit deformation.
5. Lubrication factor: the quality of lubrication has a great influence on tensile deformation resistance.
Hardware of Orienson
We are committed to precision metal stretch forming for more than ten years. The continuous die production process is adopted, and the processing materials are stainless steel, iron, aluminum, copper, and other metal materials. We can achieve high precision and mass production, our processing range: 0.1-2.0mm material thickness. In addition, we support the development and design of molds, which can be customized to produce various plastic injection molding, insert injection molding, deep drawing parts, precision deep drawing parts, metal stamping parts, and precision stamping parts. All kinds of customization are welcome.
